A Multiple Stationary Expanding Collet Chuck – Hydraulic is a non-rotating internal workholding system that uses hydraulic expansion to clamp multiple hollow components simultaneously from the inside diameter. It provides uniform 360° expansion, distortion-free holding, and high concentricity, making it ideal for thin-wall pipes, bushes, sleeves, and tubular parts in CNC lathes, SPMs, and automated production lines.

 
 

A Multiple Stationary Expanding Collet Chuck – Hydraulic is a fixed (non-rotating) internal clamping system designed to simultaneously clamp multiple hollow components from the ID using hydraulic expansion.
It is purpose-built for thin-wall pipes, bushes, sleeves, and tubular parts where OD clamping may cause deformation.

Working Principle

Hydraulic pressure from an external HPU or integrated manifold actuates a central piston system.
This piston drives multiple expanding collets simultaneously, forcing each collet to expand radially inside the component bore, generating equalized clamping force at every station.
