Hydraulic Rotary Expanding Collet Chuck is a power-operated, internal gripping workholding system designed for continuous rotation with very high and consistent clamping force. Using hydraulic pressure via a rotary union, the expanding collet grips components from the inside diameter (ID) while maintaining excellent concentricity, rigidity, and stability at higher cutting loads.
It is ideal for 4-axis & 5-axis CNC machining, rotary tables, trunnions, and turning centers, especially for thin-wall parts, rings, bearing housings, and precision bores where OD clamping is not possible.
Key Features
- • Hydraulic Actuation (High & Constant Clamping Force)
- • Continuous Rotary Operation
